A successful sporting career is not just measured in trophies, but also by the foundation built off the court. In collaboration with the European Handball Federation (EHF), TWIN took this message to one of the most iconic names in sport: FC Barcelona.
In an engaging online Ambassador Session as part of the Respect Your Talent programme, TWIN served as the EHF expert partner for dual career development. We connected virtually with the Barça U18 Youth Team to discuss a critical challenge: navigating professional handball alongside personal, academic, and vocational growth.
Pro mindset, dual focus
The session featured a special guest: Former Spanish world-class player and Respect Your Talent Ambassador Viran Morros. While Viran shared first-hand stories from his own dual career, TWIN provided insights on how to optimally balance elite sport and education, drawing from our organisation’s extensive athlete counselling experience.
This digital workshop continues our mission to prove that balancing the game is a skill that must be trained. Thank you to the EHF and FC Barcelona for the invitation.
