Sportlycée is a public sport school and the crucial implementation body for the national dual career programme in Luxembourg, helping talented athletes combine sport and education at the secondary level. The national programme is run in cooperation with sport federations and the Federal Ministry of Sport.
Our involvement with the country’s system dates back to 2016 when TWIN CEO Wolfgang Stockinger began serving as an external consultant for the national dual career implementation process.
Shaping a communicative strategy
To optimize the delivery and perception of their dual career services, Sportlycée engaged TWIN to design and lead a one-day workshop. The team was diverse, including school management, teachers, sports psychologists, and counsellors.
The first phase focused on a comprehensive analysis of the institution’s existing communication levels to identify specific challenges and pain points. Building on this insight, the second phase was dedicated to shaping an effective communicative strategy: staff members engaged in role-playing exercises to better understand the perspectives of external stakeholders (such as parents, federations, and the Ministry).
This collaborative and experience-based process resulted in a tailored framework, providing Sportlycée with the structure to autonomously and continuously refine its communication approach moving forward.
